Now based in Canberra, Lachlan is the Client Services Manager at True North Mortgage Solutions and an integral part of the team’s day-to-day operations. He holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, bringing both knowledge and a fresh perspective to the finance industry.

Lachlan connects easily with clients and places strong value on building genuine relationships with both clients and industry professionals. In addition to his client-facing role, he also manages True North’s social media presence and it’s in-house podcast “The Mortgage Shrink”, helping to keep clients informed, engaged, and up to date.

As his experience continues to grow, Lachlan is excited about what lies ahead for True North Mortgage Solutions and is proud to be continuing a family legacy.
